My grandparents often moved toward essential items. They thought living herbal life is far good than relying upon chemical-based medicine. Additionally, whenever we visited them, they made us eat several herbs, which proved significant for the digestion process.

And also, there were many herbs which they packed for us for treating cold and cough whenever there is any need. My mother and father also believed in their concept. However, I, as a kid, loved having those. But as I grew up, the whole idea changed. Additionally, I started keeping a notice over the reaction which I faced after t having those herbs. But still, I wonder what made them work in the first place then. I still couldn’t find the actual answer behind this meaningful question.

Therefore,I started observing that they are weak to perform. I mean, the chemical-based medicine actually performs significantly in treatment. Also, they work fast. Whenever there is any need for digestion medicine, I just end up taking one. And it helps me out in just a jiffy. However, for the herbal one, I am bound to take the digestion herb a number of times. Still, it might not get cured on the particular day. It might take the next day for precise recovery. The best instance in this regard is the ginger and garlic.

My grandpa advised me to take garlic every day after dinner. Well, it is an advisory note for every member of my family. Therefore without hesitation, I started taking one clove garlic each week. And then I continued to next month. However, it never helped me out. I fact, I went to the doctor ultimately to treat my cold.

Also, the idea of having ginger injured me mentally and physically. I started taking ginger tea after I got married. Therefore the incident happened when I was all alone in my home. I started taking ginger tea to help fight cold. However, I ended up having constipation. And also, ginger ended up giving me bloody constipation. Seriously it broke my metal condition to such extent that I ended up calling my mother cried the afternoon. I got scared of the idea of ginger consumption.

Drinking lemon tea with a tablespoon of honey always helped me. After the experiment with ginger tea, I ended up having lemon tea with honey. And it really enhanced the immune system. And now I hardly get ill or sick. Therefore with garlic and ginger, my experience might be an awful one. However, the latter made some significant changes in my life.Additionally, the lemon tea made me lose some fat. I am therefore judgement if the Herbal Supplement is good or bad is difficult. It might work wonderfully for one. However, it might end up working the opposite for the rest.
