Keep a cloth along with a few drops of essential oils and inhale in between to calm your senses. You may as well used candles or oil diffuser whatever works to unwind you. 
  • Herbal tea help keep nausea down as well. Sip on ginger, mint, tulsi or plain green tea with honey. It can help destress as well as promote digestion at the same time.
  • Breathing in fresh air full of oxygen early in the morning is the best way to beat the uneasiness. It will also help boost blood circulation and promote the supply of blood and nutrients to the baby.
